A Manhunt wa launched in the Tice community on Saturday afternoon.
Deputies were searching in the area of Howard Street and Ortiz Avenue. Howard Street was completely blocked off as Sheriffs and K-9 Units were on scene.
Traffic on Ortiz avenue was slowly moving at the time.
