CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - A man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for second degree arson after starting a fire inside a jail.
Ismail Tisdale started a fire inside his cell at the Charlotte Correctional Institution in 2016 - where he was already serving time for burglary.
