BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. -- A man was killed in a workplace accident at a construction site Tuesday afternoon.
It happened at 3300 Bonita Beach Road Southwest.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office says he was injured by a concrete wall. He was taken to North Collier Hospital and died shortly after arriving.
OSHA is investigating.
The victim has been identified as John Pullen. He was 47 years old.
