LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — In December of 2018, the Lee County Sheriffs Office arrested a person believed to have sexually battered a child in Lehigh Acres.
Police arrested David Anthony Flowers, 39 and charged him one count of Engaging in an Act Which Constitutes Sexual Battery Upon or With a Child 12 Years of Age or Older but Younger than 18 Years of Age by a Person in a Familial or Custodial Authority.
Flowers faces up to life in prison when he is sentenced on December 23rd.
