NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. - A man died after getting pinned between a forklift and a small crane truck.
The Florida Highway Patrol says 58-year-old James Padgett was stacking boxes on a forklift at Mader Electrical Motors in North Fort Myers when a small truck with a crane attached to it backed into him, pinning him between the truck and the forklift.
Padgett was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
