FORT MYERS, Fla. — A man is facing serious charges following an incident at a popular Fort Myers pizza restaurant.
Marvin Portillo is accused of taking inappropriate pictures of people at Downtown House of Pizza .
Fort Myers police said the manager reviewed surveillance video with an officer after customers reported the incident. Portillo was arrested and charged with video voyeurism.
