NAPLES, Fla. — On Nov. 21, a woman reported that a man wearing jeans and a backpack with no shirt was exposing himself on Naples Beach.
Officers found Kristopher Anderson Keller, 21, at the 11th Avenue South beach end. They asked if he had any interaction with a female on the beach and he said no.
A witness saw Keller walk toward the woman and expose himself. The witness followed Keller down the beach until the police came, fearing he would do the same to others. The witness did not know the female victim but agreed to point her out.
The victim told police that while she was lying on the beach, she noticed a man walking towards her. He approached her and asked a vulgar question. She ignored him. He asked again, this time exposing himself to her until she got up and informed him she was calling the police.
Keller was arrested and is facing charges of indecent exposure.
