LEE COUNTY, Fla. --- The Lee County Sheriff's Office Highway Unit arresting a man after finding a large sum of cash and marijuana based products in his car.
Deputies say the driver, Amir Tawfix was driving along I-75 when they stopped his white Volvo.
While searching his car, Deputies found several boxes containing THC gummies, THC chocolate, bags of THC wax and $44,000.00 in cash.
THC is a chemical compound found in marijuana.
Tawfix was place under arrest and charged with marijuana possession, drug possession and drug equipment possession.
