CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Two sanitation workers were confronted by a man upset with his garbage pick-up in Cape Coral.
According to a police report, the man cornered the worker's garbage truck on 40th and Surfside Boulevard with his car to question workers about his trash pick-up.
After the workers explained they don't pick up bulk trash the man got irritated and reached in the center console of his BMW pulling out a semi-automatic handgun and A stating, "I have something for you."
CCPD says there is no danger to the public.
There is no word from Police if they have made contact with the driver of the vehicle.
This is an ongoing investigation.
