A Naples man is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl that he met on Snapchat, according to Collier County Sheriffs.

The victim told officers she met 19-year-old Daryl Amador through the phone app, Snapchat, in February. After informing the suspect of her age, the two decided to meet up without consent from the victim's parents.

The suspect picked up the young girl from her neighbor's driveway and went to a Chili's located in Naples. The two then went back to the suspect's residence where they later engaged in intercourse, according to a report.

The victim was unable to contact the suspect shortly after the first incident due to her phone privileges being revoked. The two later reconnected through Facebook in March. The suspect picked up the minor and brought her to his residence where they engaged in sexual intercourse, according to deputies.

In late March, the victim and her mother met with a CCSO deputy and informed him about the incident. The suspect agreed to meet with the victim on Friday and that's when police arrested him.

Amador is being charged with Lewd and Lascivious battery-sexual activity with person 12-15 YOA. He is also charged with obscene communication and travel to lure a minor.

CCSO also states that the victim is considered by her mother to be mentally delayed and has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder, ADHD, tourettes syndrome, and psychosis.
