PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - A southwest Florida man was arrested for allegedly setting a car on fire.
Christopher DeArmas allegedly bought a car and then set it on fire on the shoulder of Zemel Road near Burnt Store Road.
Detectives contacted the previous owner who said he sold the car to a man named Chris in Florida, detectives said.
They said he used parts from the car to fix another car.
