NAPLES, Fla. — A 73-year-old Naples man was arrested and charged with Lewd Lascivious Molestation of an Elderly Disabled Adult after the victim’s daughter started having suspicions about her mother.
The victim was a resident at the Senior Living Facility at Terracina Grand Senior Living in Naples. She sufferers from Dementia.
The victim’s daughter installed a camera after she reported finding several ripped off diapers in her mothers’ room.
After reviewing the footage they noticed Robert Ganassin, the maintenance man going into the room.
Ganassin would start kissing the victim and inappropriately touching her.
Naples Sheriffs arrested Ganassin and transported him the Naples Jail.
