People living in several communities across North Naples say they've been experiencing problems getting their mail.

Neighbors in Islandwalk and Raffia Preserve say they are getting the wrong mail delivered to them.  The problem hasn't improved despite repeated calls to the local post office.

A different kind of mail issue is plaguing Bradford Square, a retirement community at the corner of Livingston and Vanderbilt Beach Road.

The staff there say the mail carrier drops off all the mail, without sorting it into the individual slots, meaning the staff have to do the sorting.

"It's a long process, it can easily take an hour to two hours too sort that much mail, everyday," said Resident Manager Steve Henderson.

Another woman telling 4-in-Your Corner, the postal service was supposed to deliver a package with $1,000 in jewelry to her home in the Vineyards.

She says the wrong package arrived and a camera on her doorstep showed the carrier forging her signature.  She filed a report last fall, but still hasn't heard back.

Henderson says the mail issue at Bradford has been going on for a year - and he hasn't been able to get answers.

"They aren't interested in talking with us about it.  To be honest with you.  We've tried talking to the Postmaster about it and he won't speak with us about it."

4-in-Your-Corner has a call and email out to the regional spokesperson for the United States Postal Service but has yet to hear back.
