CAPE CORAL, FLa. — A mail carrier in Cape Coral is being recognized for going above and beyond as she was presented with a 'citizen commendable action coin.'
Officers say while delivering mail Kristian Klessmann saw a pickup truck with its windows covered and a hose running from the tailpipe into the truck.
She called 911, and when officers arrived, they found a man sitting in the truck.
The officer says without klessman's call, the man would have died.
