Arrest made in Harlem Heights shooting

UPDATE 1/13/22: Investigators say they have made an arrest in a shooting that left a man with a gunshot wound to the mouth.

54-year-old Pablo Rodriguez was arrested Wednesday and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. The victim's injuries were not considered life-threatening.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office is working on a shooting investigation on Robinson St. in South Fort Myers.

The shooting happened Tuesday. LCSO said deputies said it is an isolated incident. They confirmed one person was injured and taken to an area person.

A condition on the injured person was not immediately known.
