LEE COUNTY-- A captain with the Lee County Sheriff's office is now retiring from the force after being accused of sharing photos of a murder scene.
Captain Mark Cohen is a 32- year veteran, but left just days after a complaint was filed against him.
It's not clear who Cohen shared the photos with or if this might affect the case.
The case involves Jo Ann Leasure, a church volunteer who was killed inside her North Fort Myers condo on June 21st.
The suspect in this case, Brett Pleasant, faces second-degree murder and robbery charges.
