LEE COUNTY, Fla-- Southwest Florida emergency rooms are filling up so quickly during the day, that some ER's reach full capacity.
Lee Health says right now their emergency rooms are seeing a major influx of patients because of our seasonal residents. This is causing longer wait times. For example, if it's a non emergency, it's an hour and a half long wait time. If you have to be admitted into the hospital, it could be 6-8 hours before you get a bed.
Lee Health urges everyone to use one of their four convenient care centers.
