CAPE CORAL, Fla.- The Cape Coral Fire Department says a lightning strike caused a house to catch fire in Cape Coral Thursday night.
They say it happened on southeast 42nd terrace.
The fire department says the family was able to get out of the house safely, along with their pets.
They say fire crews have responded to several lightening strike calls that same night.
