FORT MYERS, Fla. — On Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., people with unresolved insurance claims from Hurricane Ian can visit the insurance village at Florida SouthWestern State College.
More than a dozen insurance providers spoke directly with claim holders.
According to the state, since the start of 2023, insurance companies cut over $16.6 million in claims from Hurricane Ian.
