BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriff's Office says an active investigation is underway at the Popeyes located at 28186 S. Tamiami Trl., following a suspicious call made to the business.

According to a post by the sheriff's office, this location and areas are being evacuated "out of an abundance of caution".
Deputies say there is no immediate threat to the public, and the scene remains active.
