LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 3000 block of 56th Street West, Lehigh Acres, about a shooting.
The call came in about 1:00 am.
One person was found deceased at the scene. Major Crimes Unit detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
Detectives say this appears to be an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
This is an ongoing active investigation.
