BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a Bonita Springs residence about a sex crime.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office Special Victim's Unit detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
After a thorough investigation, Martin Bahena-Padron, 35, was arrested and charged him with Capital Sexual Battery, Custodial Sexual Battery victim under 12 years of age.
Martin was transported to the Lee County Jail without incident.
