LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Lee County man is facing animal abuse charges after an arrest report states he left his hog with no water.
Animal investigators went to a farm on Eastwood Acres Road Monday, after getting a call that animals weren't being fed or given water in four locations in the area.
Osmany Toledo-Suarez was arrested and is expected to stand trial next month.
The animal rights group Animal Recovery Mission says the arrest was at the same farm they focused on in their own undercover investigation into animal abuse at four Lee County farms.
Four in Your Corner spoke to Suarez last week about some of those allegations. He denied them.
