A crackdown on drugs is taking place in the streets of Southwest Florida.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 people in what they’re calling Operation Fall Frenzy. According to police, the charges associated with the arrests include trafficking, possession and selling drugs from heroin to meth.

“The Lee County Sheriff's Office is laser focused on keeping drug dealers out of our community. I promise the citizens of Lee county I will do everything in my power to pursue those who are dealing drugs on our streets,” Sheriff Carmine Marcelo said.

The sheriff’s office is still looking for at least 12 people, and their mugshots will appear on seven billboards throughout the county.
