FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla.-- A Lee County Deputy went above and beyond rescuing a duck on Fort Myers Beach.
According to the Sheriff's Facebook page, Deputy Van Pelt was patrolling on Fort Myers Beach, Tuesday, March 6th, 2018, when he came across this injured duck.
Beach patrol came and the duck was transported to CROW - Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife, Inc. for treatment.
