LEE COUNTY — Lee County deputies are searching for the driver involved in a late-night hit-and-run accident.
The driver was responsible for hitting a motorcyclist at the intersection of Gunnery Road and Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres.
Investigators said the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and the scene has now been cleared. There's no description of the other vehicle involved yet, but we will bring you updates as we learn more.
