LEE COUNTY, Fla. — On Friday, March 27th, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed an Executive Order that requires all boats to remain 50-feet-apart while on the waterways.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office Marine Unit says it will be enforcing this new order during the weekend.
Anyone violating or disobeying this Executive Order could be issued a fine or be subject to arrest.
