COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- A Federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed against the City of Naples over the building of a 7-Eleven in River Park.
The gas station is being built at the corner of Goodlette-Frank Road and Fifth Avenue North.
Last summer a group of critics sued the city claiming that it was discriminating against the neighborhood, which is largely African-American; in part because of the fumes that the gas station would create.
Some people also fear the store will create traffic issues.
