CAPE CORAL, Fla. --- A karate instructor was arrested Tuesday night after allegations of molestation.
According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Victor Hardoy, 42, is accused of lewd and lascivious behavior on a minor between the age of 12 and 16.
An arrest warrant shows the incident happened some time between March and May 2016.
Hardoy is the owner of the American Top Team Martial Arts Gym on Mid Cape Terrace in Cape Coral. Hardoy's victim is believed to be a student at the gym.
In Hardoy's first appearance in court on Wednesday morning, he was ordered to have no contact with the victim or other minors. His bond was set at $100,000.
Hardoy is scheduled to appear in court again on May 21.
