CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Police were notifying residents in Cape Coral not to be alarmed by a heavy police presence in one section of town Tuesday.
Cape Coral Police say that they were conducting training exercises between 1pm and 9pm in the area behind Sunsplash water park off Santa Barbara Boulevard.
There were be numerous vehicles and officers in the area, and some loud noises.
