BUCKINGHAM, Fla. -- Jury selection starts today in a trial over the death of Ted Lee last July.
Lavaya May pleaded not guilty to planning his murder. She says Lee colested her.
At a hearing yesterday, a judge decided not to allow a notebook she wrote in at a detention center as evidence. Prosecutors say May, Jonathan Ruffini and Hunter Tyson killed Lee. Ruffini is serving 25 years in prison, and Tyson is serving 40.
