FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The case management hearing for former Fort Myers Police captain Jay Rodriguez has been pushed back again.
His arraignment was scheduled to happen Monday morning after it got pushed back last week.
However, Rodriguez and his attorney did not appear in court Monday.
Rodriguez is charged with misconduct, perjury and prostitution, stemming from a 2013 undercover sting.
Investigators claim the video shows him in a sex act with a prostitute.
His next hearing is set for November 27.
