A Marco Island Police Officer fired this week for having sex with a woman while on duty, had been suspended for another incident.

A 225 page report released Thursday shows Officer Kevin Hennings was suspended without pay in January 2017 for taking confidential documents out of the police department without permission.

Hennings was fired for having sex with a woman while on patrol.  The woman told investigators she had intercourse with Hennings 10 to 12 times beginning in February 2017.

Investigators say they pulled old schedules and determined Hennings was on shift when the incident happened.

She also told investigators Hennings gave her beer when she was under 21.

Hennings denied the allegations, and his attorney said in the report there was no video evidence to prove Hennings was having sex on the job.,

The report says the woman also had sex with another Marco Island Police officer who resigned earlier this year, and was sexting with a third officer while he was on the clock.

Reports say the woman had sex with a 4th officer, but that officer was off duty at the time.

A spokesman for the department declined an on camera interview request.

A call to Hennings' attorney was not returned.
