The two men and a woman may be driving a 2011 gray Ford Fusion with a Georgia tag #RSP-9728.

Investigators say someone shot and killed Eric Galvan at the Village Creek Apartments on Winkler Avenue on Sunday evening.
Detectives do not think the shooting was random.
