NAPLES, Fla. --- Naples Police have released the identity of the two people who fell after an elevator collapsed Wednesday.

According to investigators the accident involved two employees of Sunbelt Rentals, Enreique Gonzales, 43, and Wojiech "Walter" Iwansowski, 48. The two men were working on a temporary elevator shaft to the exterior of the condominium when investigators say the shaft failed.

Gonzales and Iwansowki fell approximately 110 feet, killing both men. No other injuries from construction workers or Club Brittany condominium residents were reported.

OSHA is now investigating the incident. Professionals in the construction industry tell 4 In Your Corner they are likely interviewing people about the incident. "They're probably interviewing, trying to figure out if they had the proper equipment there, if the people had their daily, weekly, or monthly meetings for the job site to make sure they had everything ready there, equipment, hardhats, harnesses."
