A Siberian Husky was rescued from a home that caught fire early Sunday morning, the Lee County Sheriff's Office said.
The fire broke out at a residence located on Prospect Avenue in Lehigh Acres.
No one was home at the time and the Siberian Husky was looked after by Community Service Aids.
After contacting the owner, the pup was later released to a neighbor.
