LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies launched a homicide in Lehigh Acres after reports of a shooting Monday morning.
According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 2500 block of 22nd Street SW around 8 a.m.
That's near Copperhead Golf Club, east of Sunshine Boulevard South.
Deputies called in the Major Crimes Unit, and the scene has been determined to be a homicide.
No suspects are being sought.
