MARION COUNTY, Fla. -- A speeding car chase in Marion County turned into a rescue mission! 

Police were chasing a fleeing suspect when the driver lost, control, swerved off the road then flipped and hit a tree. The car catching on fire after the crash. Deputies carefully moved in with guns and a fire extinguisher. As they doused the flames, another deputy broke a window and pulled the driver to safety. The driver is a felon and was taken to jail after getting treated for his injuries. There were guns in the front seat of the car.
