CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A Cape Coral man has been sentenced to prison for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon – Actual Possession.
Bryan Alfonso, 30 has been sentenced eight years in prison for each of three counts and eight years in prison for the one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Alfonso is a habitual offender who committed multiple crimes by threatening people with a firearm throughout Cape Coral in December of 2018.
Alfonso drove around the Cape showing his gun and yelling obscenities. He then stopped at another liquor store and showed the clerk his firearm.
, Victims called 911, and Cape Coral Police responded quickly and was able to arrest him.
