FORT MYERS, Fla. — A Habitual Felony Offender was sentenced to 7 years in prison.
Brian Patterson, 29 smashed a window to a vehicle parked in a driveway in March.
Patterson then removed a wireless security camera from the victim’s home.
Officers were able Identify Patterson through the security video.
He was charged with one count each of Burglary of a Dwelling and Grand Theft in Lee County.
