Habitat for Humanity kicks off Women Build 2019

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties is kicking off its annual Women Build with a party Wednesday.

The movement invites women to volunteer with the organization to help build better communities.

Habitat for Humanity said mostly women and children are directly impacted by poor living conditions.

However, they hope this movement will empower women to help other women ultimately leading to better communities.
