COLLIER COUNTY, Fla — A Golden Gate man is facing multiple charges, including 100 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office says they found numerous images of child pornography on 50-year-old Brian Lane Martin's computer.
The department received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. The tip was about the possible transmission of child pornography.
After investigating detectives confirmed the activity was happening at Martin's residence.
Detectives executed a search warrant on Thursday and located Martin's desktop computer in his bedroom.
The CCSO Digital Forensic Section examined Martin's computer.
Detectives found numerous images of child pornography including more than 100 nude images .
They say the photos show children in lewd poses or engaging in sexual acts with other children and adults.
Investigators say the children appeared to be between the ages of 5-years-old to 16-years-old.
Martin is charged with 100 counts of Possession Child Pornography, one count of Possession of Child Pornography with intent to promote and six counts of Transmission of Child Pornography.
