CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Residents can help decide the future of Cape Coral's fire department Monday night.
The “Committee of the Whole will meet at 4:30 Monday afternoon to talk about the fire department's strategic plan for the next five years.
They'll talk about things like response times, staffing, and more.
The department is also expected to ask for six more firefighters to reduce overtime.
The meeting will be held at the Council Chambers at 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard.
