Fort Myers, FLA.-- October 11th, 2018 is the final day to register for the 11th Annual Fort Myers Police Department's "Cops & Joggers 5k".
So far, over 450 runners have registered for the Saturday night race, which is on October 13th, 2018. The race is dedicated to fallen Officer Adam Jobbers-Miller and Highlands County Deputy William Gentry.
The course runs along and over the Caloosahatchee River and will be illuminated with red and blue lights from police cruisers, motorcycles, and firetrucks. The goal is to have 1,000 runners and walkers for the 5k. Click here to register. The night race starts at 7:45 P.M.
