Frontier launches new flights from RSW Airport

FT. MYERS, Fla. -- Frontier Airlines is following through with its promise to expand its services at Southwest Florida International Airport.

The budget carrier just launched 5 of 18 new non-stop destinations from RSW.

The airline plans to add 21 new destinations overall out of RSW, as well as double the number of routes.

The first wave of eighteen new nonstop destinations from Southwest Florida International Airport include flights to:

  • Chicago-O’Hare (ORD)
  • Colorado Springs, Co. (COS)
  • Islip, N.Y. (ISP)
  • Philadelphia, Pa. (PHL)
  • St. Louis, Mo. (STL)

They are also launching the first flights to

  • Nashville, Tenn. (BNA)
  • Providence, R.I. (PVD)
  • Trenton, N.J. (TTN)

Later this fall, Frontier will start service to:

  • Buffalo, N.Y. (BUF)
  • Columbus, Ohio (CMH)
  • Denver, Co. (DEN)
  • Detroit, Mich. (DTW)
  • Grand Rapids, Mich. (GRR)
  • Indianapolis, Ind. (IND)
  • Kansas City, Mo. (MCI)
  • Milwaukee, Wis. (MKE)
  • Minneapolis, Minn. (MSP)
  • Omaha, Neb. (OMH)
