FORT MYERS, Fla. — Police were called to a shooting in the area of Central Avenue and Lafayette on Friday.
Officers say a man was shot and had to be taken to Gulf Coast Medical Hospital.
There is no update on his condition.
The area was blocked off near Lakeside Apartments.
