LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — A Fort Myers Police officer was arrested Wednesday for domestic violence.
Lee deputies say Zackery Michael Nolen, 23, and his wife got into a verbal altercation that got heated.
According to reports, both claim things became physical by the other person, but Nolen admits flipping a couch onto his wife while she was sitting on it.
Nolen was arrested in Lehigh Acres and is facing charges of battery touch or strike (domestic violence). He was also placed on paid administrative leave March 3, pending the outcome of both criminal and internal investigations.
