FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The Class-A minor league baseball team in Fort Myers will change their name to the Groupers for one night as part of a special promotion.

The Fort Myers Miracle are paying homage to Southwest Florida's favorite fish (and sandwich) on Saturday, July 21st.

The team will be wearing special jerseys and hats featuring a cartoon fish on a sandwich bun.

Hammond Stadium’s concession stands will be serving grouper specials.

Fans can purchase Groupers T-shirts and hats in the Miracle team store and enjoy a bonus fireworks show after the game.

Saturday also is Bark in the Park, Torii Hunter Bobblehead Night (for the first 1,000 fans) and Goodwill Night.

Gates open at 5 p.m., and first pitch is at 6 p.m. at Hammond Stadium at CenturyLink Sports Complex, 14100 Six Mile Cypress Parkway in Fort Myers.
