FORT MYERS, Fla. — A 47-year-old man is in serious condition after being hit by a car while attempting to walk his bicycle across US-41.
The car traveling south on the inside lane of US-41, south of Littleton Road on Dec. 27, at 8:20 p.m., when the man walked into the path of the vehicle.
He was transported to a local area hospital in serious condition.
The 24-year-old woman and two children in the car were not injured.
