DESOTO COUNTY, Fla. --- A flood warning has been issued for Horse Creek near Arcadia after officials say water levels are steadily rising.
Experts say the river is expected to remain elevated throughout the weekend and will continue to rise to nearly 12.5 feet by early Saturday morning. Water levels should fall below flood stage by early Monday morning.
